MADISON (WKOW) -- The preliminary hearing for Joshua Drabek has been rescheduled for January.
Joshua Drabek will be back in court on January 9 at 3:00 p.m. Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne says possible new charges will be filed against Drabek.
"I believe he has three cases at this point, one that is set for sentencing and two that are in the process of moving through the court system," said Ozanne.
Ozanne gave few details about possible new charges.
"Basically, you'll see what happens in court on the 9th," said Ozanne.
Chad Chritton and Melinda Drabek-Critton were there to witness the preliminary hearing.
