House fire under control in Beaver Dam


BEAVER DAM (WKOW)-- Beaver Dam Fire Department says a fire in the city of Beaver Dam is now under control.

Authorities say the fire broke out on Indian Hill Trail Drive in the city of Beaver Dam around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday night. Beaver Dam Fire Department responded, and had the fire under control by 9:30 p.m.

No one was home at the time of the blaze. One firefighter suffered a concussion, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. He has since been released.

There was moderate smoke and fire damage to the home. There are no damage estimates at this time. A cause for the blaze is still under investigation.
