Motion hearing for man charged with sexual assault

MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man charged with sexual assault of his step-sister is expected to have a motion hearing on Wednesday.

Nineteen-year-old, Joshua Drabek, faces charges of first and second degree sexual assault and child abuse.

His mother, Melinda Drabek-Chritton and step-father, Chad Chritton also face charges. They face charges in the case of a 15-year-old girl who was found wandering the street in pajamas in the winter.

Prosecutors say she was severely abused by her family.
