Janesville man arrested for 4th OWI


MADISON (WKOW) -- A Janesville man was arrested for his fourth OWI early Monday morning.

Around 1:30 this morning, a Janesville police officer ran the plates of Timothy Willger and noticed the driving status of Willger to be revoked with three prior OWI convictions.

During a routine traffic stop, Willger appeared intoxicated and later admitted he had been drinking.

Willger failed a standardized field sobriety test and was arrested for a fourth Offense OWI. He is also charged with operating after revocation.
