ANTIGO (WKOW) -- A former Antigo elementary school principal pleaded guilty to a marijuana manufacturing charge in an agreement with prosecutors.
48-year-old John Lund was in Langlade County Circuit Court Tuesday, where six other drug counts against him were dismissed.
Lund was principal at Pleasant View Elementary School and was also the football coach at Antigo High School.
A criminal complaint says Lund got marijuana from a relative and gave some to Scot Peterson, a retired teacher and former football coach. Peterson earlier reached a plea deal and was sentenced to six months in prison.
WSAW-TV says sentencing for Lund is March 6. He faces a maximum three years in prison.
