Criminal complaint against 4th Ball beating suspect

MADISON (WKOW) -- You can read the criminal complaint against Karlis Griffin, the fourth suspect in the August 1 attack on UW football player Montee Ball, at this link.

Griffin is still at large.

The complaint contains witness accounts of the attack and details gained in police interviews of the suspects.
