Police look for robbery suspect and stolen shoes

MADISON (WKOW) – Madison Police search for a robbery suspect after stealing a pair of shoes Saturday afternoon.

Authorities said the 24-year-old male victim made arrangements to sell a pair of vintage Air Jordan shoes to the suspect for $160. 

Police said the men met up around 1:16 p.m. in the 1400 block of Trailsway to make the sale, but the suspect pulled out a gun and stole the shoes.

Authorities describe the shoes as being "Retro 13's" and red and black in color.

Police describe the suspect as a black male about 5'9" in his early twenties.  The suspect is of average build and was wearing a black beanie hat and black jacket.
