Young woman, 3 year old injured in crash on icy road

TOWN OF BROOKLYN (WKOW) -- A young woman and a three-year-old were injured in a crash in the Town of Brooklyn Sunday.
 
The Green County Sheriff's Office says around 4:45 p.m., deputies responded to the N9300 block of STH 104 for a vehicle that had rolled over. Investigators say Cassandra J. Murray, 24, of Fond du Lac, was going north when she slid on the ice-covered road.
 
Murray and her three-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital for injuries. Deputies say safety restraints were used.
 
The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.
