MADISON (WKOW) -- Not guilty pleas were entered for the man accused of killing his half-brother.
28-year-old Jeffrey Vogelsberg is accused of regularly torturing and ultimately killing 27-year-old Matthew Graville in July. Graville's body was buried in rural Sauk County and wasn't found until early November.
On Thursday, Vogelsberg pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse.
His attorney has filed a motion for the case to be moved out of Dane County, arguing media coverage won't allow for an impartial jury. The Wisconsin State Journal reports that the request will be heard May 6.
