One person injured in 3-vehicle crash

MADISON (WKOW) -- Dane County Sheriff's deputies, along with Cambridge Fire and EMS and Deer-Grove EMS, responded to a three-vehicle accident on Highway 12/18 at Highway 73 in the town of Christiana.

Tina Lord (47), of Monona, was traveling westbound on Highway 12/18 when she crossed the center line.  Two oncoming vehicles swerved to avoid being struck.  Gary Ziball (54), of Cambridge, struck the rear of Lord's car.  The other vehicle, operated by Hasim Lusha (63), of Fort Atkinson, avoided the collision, however, lost control and rolled his SUV on the north side of the highway.

A passenger in Lord's car, Lori Johnson (49), of Madison, was not wearing a seatbelt and was the only person who sustained any injuries.  She was transported to a local hospital.

Lord will be cited for operating left of center.

Both directions of Highway 12/18 was shut down for nearly an hour.
