BURLINGTON (WKOW) -- Investigators in Burlington are having a hard time finding the cause of that big food factory fire earlier this week because of the ice.
It's been nearly 48 hours since the 9 alarm fire broke out at the Echo Food plant and much of the rubble is encased in ice from the millions of gallons of water used to fight the fire.
Investigators find their work frozen, in some cases chipping away the ice, in others, waiting for it to melt so they don't disturb evidence.
