MUKWONAGO (WKOW) -- The state Supreme Court could decide whether a Wisconsin school district will have to drop its Indian mascot.
Parents of students in Mukwonago asked the high court to take up the case.
The Department of Public Instruction ordered the district to drop the logo, but parents took the case to court, where it was ultimately upheld by an appeals court.
The parents say the state statutes regarding the DPI order are unconstitutional.
