CALUMET COUNTY (WKOW) – Two people are found unresponsive in an ice shanty on Lake Winnebago.

According to our sister station WBAY-TV, officials with the Calumet County Sheriff's Department say they received a medical call about a half mile off of Ecker Lakeland Drive in Calumet County just before 4:00 p.m.

WBAY-TV  reports a 30-year-old woman was pronounced dead on the scene and a 37-year-old man was flown to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah and later taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.  His condition was not immediately available Sunday.

The woman's name is not being released pending notification of relatives.

An autopsy for the victim is scheduled for Monday.
