Winter weather advisory in effect Sunday night


SULLIVAN (WKOW) -- The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Sunday night into Monday morning.

Meteorologists predict accumulating snow of 2 to 5 inches is expected across many areas of Wisconsin, resulting in dangerous driving conditions Sunday night and through Monday morning. The highest amounts of accumulation will be seen in the counties bordering Illinois.

The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from Sunday at midnight until 9 a.m. on Monday. Snow will develop between 9 p.m. and midnight.
