MADISON (WKOW) – The recent snowfall has Wisconsinites thankful for enough snow to enjoy the outdoors and winter sports.
State tourism officials say many areas of the state have good or excellent conditions for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and sledding. The recent snowfall added inches to trails and sledding hills.
The Department of Natural Resources says snowmobile trails are groomed and in good or excellent condition across northern counties and central Wisconsin. Trails farther south are in good to poor condition.
