DARLINGTON (WKOW) -- Part of the confession by accused murderer Armin Wand can't be used at his trial.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports Green County judge Thomas Vale threw out part of the confession because he says agents who interviewed Wand were coercive.
Vale said the officers promised leniency when interviewing Wand the day after the fire that killed his three sons and his unborn child in Argyle last year.
Wand's trial will begin later this month.
