JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A woman has been arrested for her fourth OWI offense. Janesville police say, Misty D. Rogers was pulled over on February 16, 2013 at 11:36 p.m. traveling west bound on East Racine Street.
An Officer followed her vehicle and checked the registration status of the vehicle and the driver. The records check indicated that Rogers had outstanding warrants. Officer Biddick stopped the vehicle and saw indications that Rogers was intoxicated.
Rogers submitted to a series of standardized field sobriety tests. The tests indicated that she was in fact intoxicated. At the Janesville Police department she submitted to an evidentiary chemical test of her breath. The reported alcohol level was .19g/210l.
Rogers was held at the Rock County Jail for the warrants and the OWI charge.
