Madison police look for teens who beat a man


MADISON (WKOW) -- A 21-year-old Madison man tells police he was jumped and beaten by four people while walking in the 100 block of Kennedy Heights early Monday morning.

The victim was punched in the face, pulled to the ground and punched another 20 or so times while he was on the ground. 

The victim dropped his phone during the attack and says the suspects took off with it.

He believes there were four or five attackers, and most appeared to be in their mid to late teens.

The victim suffered bumps and bruises.

The suspects are described as all black males.  Three of them were between 15-17 years old, ranging from 5'6" to 5'8" and 135-200 pounds.  One of the teens was wearing a black vest, another in dark clothing with a black, green and red hat.

The fourth suspect is described as being 20 years of age, 5'9" and 130 pounds wearing dark clothing.

One of those involved was wearing a fake fur coat.
