WISCONSIN DELLS (WKOW) -- A 20-year-old suspect is in custody after a disturbance at a home near Wisconsin Dells High School.

Columbia County Swat and Wisconsin Dells Police were called to a residence about 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night. Officers saw Timothy McEvoy crossing an alley and attempting to get into a home on the 600 block of Race Street.

McEvoy has a history of assault behavior and weapons possession and in response, officers set up a perimeter.

Phone contact was made with McEvoy and he turned himself into police without further incident.

No one was injured.

WISCONSIN DELLS (WKOW) -- A disturbance turned into a chase Tuesday night in Wisconsin Dells.

Columbia County SWAT and Wisconsin Dells police were called to a residence near Dells High School just before 9 p.m.

Authorities say there was a disturbance at a home, a suspect tried to take off, but was taken into custody soon after.

No one was injured.
