Man charged with illegally reentering the U.S.

LAKE MILLS (WKOW) -- A 27-year-old citizen of Mexico was found in Lake Mills February 1, 2013.

Eloy Flores-Zuniga is charged with reentering the United States after previously being deported.

If convicted, Flores-Zuniga faces a maximum penalty of two years in federal prison.  The charge against him is the result of an investigation by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
