SOUTH AFRICA (WKOW) -- The family lawyer of Oscar Pistorius says the brother of the Olympic athlete faces a homicide charge in a 2010 car crash.
The family's lawyer would not confirm details of the case Carl Pistorius is facing, but this new development makes problems worse after Oscar was charged with premeditated murder in the February 14 shooting death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
Local media reports Carl Pistorius was accidentally involved in a crash with a woman motorcyclist. Carl's trial is set to begin at the end of March.
Oscar was released on bail Friday and Carl was seen driving into the affluent villa of their uncle early Sunday, where Oscar is staying while on bail.
