MADISON (WKOW) -- City of Madison officials say they expect a slow commute this morning as snow continues to cover the roads.
Chris Kelley, Streets Superintendent, says the salting crews have been out since the snow began last evening. The main arterials will continue to be salted and plowed throughout the day.
About sixty plows are out clearing off the roads in Madison.
Kelley warns although the roads have been salted and plowed, the streets may remain snow covered and slippery until the snow stops later today.
