MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- A Marine veteran accused of killing his wife, a Wauwatosa police officer, will be in court on Friday and could issue an insanity plea.
According to the Wauwatosa Patch, Ben Sebena could change his plea from not guilty to not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Even if Sebena's attorneys change his plea, there are several steps that need to happen before a trial starts.
Experts say Sebena would have to undergo a competency hearing first before anything takes place.
Ben Sebena is accused of killing his wife, Jennifer Sebena, on Christmas Eve.
