MADISON (WKOW) -- A 38-year-old man was arrested at the West Towne Mall Thursday for threatening loss prevention officers from Sears with a knife.
Madison Police say the security officers followed the suspect out of the store after he stole a watch. They say when he was confronted, he threatened to "slice" the security personnel.
Johnnie J. Pigram Jr. was arrested for Retail Theft While Armed. Madison police later determined the suspect did not have a knife, but a pair of scissors.
