KIEL (WKOW) -- Newly released video shows the arrest of the former mayor of Sheboygan.

Bob Ryan was arrested Sunday night in Kiel.

Officers say he was weaving in his lane, his registration had expired and he didn't have a license or proof of insurance.

Officers arrested Ryan after he refused to perform field sobriety tests and ticketed him for drunk driving.

He has a court date in Manitowoc County next month.

Ryan's history of legal troubles played a role in him being recalled from office in February 2012.
