Madison man arrested for 5th OWI

MADISON (WKOW) -- A 37-year-old Madison man is facing a tentative charge for his fifth drunken driving offense.

Madison Police say they spotted an SUV swerving across traffic lanes just before 2 a.m. Saturday morning, when the driver turned from Thierer Road onto East Washington Avenue.

The driver, Clarence Graham, was tentatively charged with his 5th offense of operating while under the influence and operating while revoked.
