Flooding-related road closures in Rock County

ROCK COUNTY (WKOW) -- The Rock County Sheriff's Department says it received several reports of hazardous areas where water levels are high and are causing significant travel concerns.

The Sheriff's Department says the following roads are closed as of 6 p.m. Monday:

  • West Keesey Rd. in Spring Valley Township – Closed due to high water levels over the roadway.
  • North Emerald Grove Rd. - Between CTH M and East Six Corners Rd. – Closed due to high water levels over the roadway.
  • East Rotamer Rd. – Between North Henke Rd. and North Milton Shopiere Rd. – Closed due to high water levels over the roadway.
  • Turtle Creek – Beloit and Clinton. Both have exceeded flood levels at this time.

Officers encourage drivers to avoid crossing high waters on roadways and report any roads that are impassable.
