
BELOIT (WKOW) -- Police in Beloit say a man wanted in a shooting in August of 2012 is now behind bars.
30-year-old Samuel Jones was arrested Monday in Chicago. Police in Beloit say he's wanted for attempted homicide in connection with a shooting outside of The Turtle Tap on E. Grand Avenue on August 4.
Investigators say a 22-year-old man from Beloit was shot in the parking lot of The Turtle Tap. They say a friend drove the man to a hospital in Rockford, IL where he received treatment.
Officers are also looking for another suspect, 30-year-old Charles Steel. A warrant for attempted homicide is in effect for Steel.
A third suspect, Terrell Peppers, was arrested in December and is awaiting his trial.
