MADISON (WKOW) -- The Dane County Sheriff's Office says an Evansville man has been arrested for his 5th OWI offense.

James Frion, a 35-year-old from Evansville, was arrested about 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. A concerned citizen called the driver into dispatch. It happened heading east on the Beltline Highway. The deputy made contact with the driver in a business parking lot in the Village of Cambridge.

Frion ran away from the police, but deputies found him after he was found trying to hide in a pile of snow. He was taken into custody without further notice and booked into the Dane County Jail.
