
MONROE (WKOW) -- Monroe police charged a 66-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an investigation into a complaint.
The complaint alleged Maynard Heins had made inappropriate comments to, and inappropriately touched, and 18-year-old Monroe man in the basement of a residence.
The incident happened Friday afternoon. Police were contacted by the 18-year-old man, who complained he had been at a residence on Monroe's south side, when Heins had made inappropriate comments to him and then inappropriately touched him.
After investigating the incident, Heins was charged, however, he has since been released pending a future court appearance.
