
JANESVILLE (WKOW) – Police arrest a Janesville man for his 4th OWI late Tuesday night.
A Janesville Police Officer witnessed a vehicle crossing the centerline on Harding Street and Benton Avenue around 11:50 p.m.
The officer made contact with the driver who was identified as 53-year-old Roger J. Tadder.
The Janesville officer initiated a series of standardized field sobriety tests. Authorities say Tadder failed the tests and was arrested for his fourth offense OWI.
Janesville authorities say Tadder submitted to a breathalyzer, which reported a BAC value of .19, which is more than double the legal limit.
Tadder is currently being held at the Rock County Jail on the felony charge.
