MADISON (WKOW) -- Dane County leaders will join Dane County Municipal Airport officials this afternoon for groundbreaking on the airport's new snow removal equipment building.

County officials say it's the largest municipal solar project in the state.

Plans call for a 58,800 square-foot energy efficient and environmentally friendly building designed to house snow-removal equipment.

The ground-breaking is set for 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Guest and media parking is available adjacent to the construction site.
