TOWN OF LEOLA (WKOW) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, will investigate the death of a man who was killed on the job.
This happened around 6:40 a.m. Thursday at 173 3rd Avenue in the town of Leola.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department says 26-year-old Robert Losey of Adams was working around a semi truck when another employee was backing up a semi trailer to a building nearby. Officials say Losey was hit by the trailer and pronounced dead at the scene.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department and the Medical Examiner's Office are investigating. OSHA was contacted and will conduct an independent investigation.
