MADISON (WKOW) -- A state Department of Corrections worker charged with eight felony crimes had a court date Thursday morning.
James Hoey, 43, had his initial appearance in Dane County Circuit Court and was simply given a new court date. The hearing lasted just a few minutes.
Hoey faces felony charges after authorities say he used a state credit card and purchase orders to steal more than $27,000 in cash and equipment.
