The National Weather Service has extended the Flash Flood Watch through Wednesday morning for the following counties: Adams, Buffalo, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Lafayette, Marquette, Monroe, Richland, Rock, Sauk, Trempealeau, Vernon and Walworth. Included in that are the cities of Austin, Baraboo, Beloit, Berlin, Black River Falls, Charles City, Darlington, Decorah, Dodgeville, Janesville, La Crosse, Madison, Mauston, Monroe, Montello, New Hampton, Portage, Rochester, Sparta, Tomah, Viroqua, Winona and Wisconsin Dells.

A storm early Tuesday dumped anywhere from 2 to 3.5 inches across southwestern Wisconsin. The southern part of Dane County saw the worst of it, according to 27 WKOW meteorologists. Madison registered only 1.1 inches at the Dane County Regional Airport, but totals from other areas were much higher.

Grant County officials say they haven't seen any new flooding in an area that was hit hard this past weekend. Boscobel added another 1.25 inches overnight Tuesday. People are still cleaning up their homes and businesses after about 600 properties flooded.
