CHICAGO, Ill. (WKOW) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the working conditions of a home being used as a mental facility on Sauk Avenue in Baraboo.
OSHA spokesman Scott Allen says inspectors will begin conducting interviews with the employer, employees and first responders to determine if the home, operated by Dungarvin, is following OSHA procedures.
Allen says the agency received information indicating employees were not in safe working conditions. Baraboo police say at least 10 employees at the home, who are supervising a violent man, have been injured since February.
