BURNETT COUNTY (WKOW) -- Bond is set for the Waupun police lieutenant accused of burglarizing a restaurant in eastern Wisconsin and then triggering a manhunt.
The judge set a signature bond for Bradley Young of $50,000 and a cash bond of $10,000. Burnett County District Attorney William Norine says the determining factor in the bond amount was that Young posed a flight risk.
Norine had not filed criminal charges as of Thursday afternoon. He says Young will have to post bond by Friday afternoon to be released from jail.
Young was arrested Tuesday near Spooner.
He's accused of breaking into a restaurant in Green Lake and then stealing two cars in the ensuing days.
