MADISON (WKOW) -- Developers released their plans for a new private, student housing development near Camp Randall Stadium.
Varsity Quarters will be built at 1423 Monroe Street, the former site of the Stadium Bar.
Its developer, The Opus Group, says the building will have six floors and the ground floor will have space for businesses.
The project is scheduled to break ground later this month. It's expected to be finished in August of 2014.
The Opus Group, a real estate company headquartered in Minneapolis, is working with Chicago-based real estate investment management firm Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC on the project.
