WAUSAU (WKOW) -- A former state probation and parole agent was sent to Taycheedah women's prison in Fond du Lac County.
41-year-old Kim Hoenisch has been sentenced to 18 months in prison. She was convicted of burglary, misconduct in public office, possession of narcotics, and possession of a drug without a prescription.
Hoenisch stole drugs from six people; some of them were clients she supervised. She was sentenced this week and transferred to prison on Thursday, August 15th. The Daily Herald Media says she will spend six years on probation after her prison time.
Hoenisch is a former employee of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections in Wausau. She is also the wife of former Marathon County Sheriff Randy Hoenisch.
