MADISON (WKOW) -- On Thursday, a judge will decide whether to let a teenager's guilty pleas in a fatal fire stand.
Prosecutors accuse Jeremy Wand of Argyle of helping his brother, Armin Wand III, set a house fire last year that killed Armin Wand's three sons, severely injured Armin Wand's wife and killed her unborn child.
Jeremy Wand wants to withdraw his plea after pleading guilty to multiple felonies in LaFayette County Court. He claims he was pressured into taking a deal. Armin Wand's wife also has recanted statements implicating the brothers in the fire.
Green County Judge Thomas vale scheduled a hearing on Thursday about the request.
Armin Wand was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences in April.
