MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The death of two victims at a assisted living place may have been part of a suicide pact.
According to our affiliate in Milwaukee, the death of 59-year-old Debbie Tyseko and 56-year-old Allen Silva may have been part of a suicide pact. Investigators say staff members found Tyseko shot to death in her room and Silva had slit his own throat.
Residents of Cameo Care Center say the two may have planned their deaths.
The incident is under investigation by state regulators. Management says they won't be adding metal detectors to the facility, instead they'll focus on improving community resources to help the mentally ill.
