JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A hate crime charge was filed Monday against a Janesville woman.
Deborah Boudreau faces one misdemeanor count.
Court records show she pleaded not guilty.
Boudreau is accused of hanging a black doll in effigy on the porch of her home.
Investigators say the doll's hair was fashioned into a noose and the doll's hands were bound.
Her signature bond was set at $500.
