SAN DIEGO (WKOW) -- The family of James DiMaggio wants DNA samples to see if he was actually the father of Hannah Anderson.
DiMaggio is the man accused of kidnapping Hannah, after killing her mother and brother. He was killed in a shootout with authorities after a nation-wide manhunt.
Hannah has been returned to her father. Now DiMaggio's sister has requested DNA samples to see if her brother was actually Hannah, and her brother Ethan's, father because DiMaggio left more than $100,000 to the surviving members of the Anderson family.
