WAUPUN (WKOW) -- The Waupun Police and Fire Commission is expected to accept the resignation of Lieutenant Bradley Young Thursday.
Young is accused of burglary, stealing two vehicles and leading officers on a high-speed chase submitted his resignation this week.
Young has been in the Burnett County Jail since his arrest earlier this month.
Deputy Chief Scott Louden says Young admitted to stealing $3,000 from a Waupun grocery store. Young is also a suspect in several other burglaries.
Young faces multiple charges in three counties.
