(WKOW) -- If your eyes feel tired, dry or worn our by the end of the day, your computer or smart phone could be to blame.
Eye doctors say technology has transformed dry eye syndrome from a problem for the old, to an epidemic among young people. Experts say the new dry eye cases aren't eye disease, but technology addiction.
Eye doctors say people are staring too long at their phones and computer screens, causing tearing and blurry vision. Doctors recommend taking breaks from technology every 20 minutes to give your eyes a rest.
