MADISON (WKOW) -- A man who rode his bicycle over to his girlfriend's residence early Thursday morning ended up tackling a window peeper.
When the man arrived at his girlfriend's N. Blunt St. residence, he witnessed a man peering into a bedroom window. The woman's roommate was inside.
The witness states the suspect, 54-year-old David Haley, was on his tiptoes and had his hands cupped around his eyes.
When confronted, Haley simply stated, "I'm sorry, I have a problem." The suspect then ran, with the woman's boyfriend trailing him. The boyfriend took Haley down in the backyard, standing over the suspect while calling police.
Whales was very apologetic. The victims said they were not aware anyone was outside of their home. One of the victims stated her bedroom blinds don't go down all the way.
Haley was arrested for disorderly conduct.
