MADISON (WKOW) -- A 38-year-old burglary victim contacted police after discovering an item for sale at PrePlayed.
The victim's Tree Lane apartment was burglarized last weekend and when he had gone to PrePlayed on Mineral Point Road Sunday afternoon, he found his stolen PS3 gaming system for sale.
Police were provided with a pawn receipt from the staff at PrePlayed. That receipt led to the arrest of 19-year-old Jacob Capps.
Capps is charged with burglary, receiving stolen property and fraudulent writings.
