MADISON (WKOW) -- Do you recognize this dancer? It's Wake Up Wisconsin's Lindsay Veremis.
She teamed up with professional dancer AJ Juarez of Tempo Dance Studio. They were participating in a celebrity dance challenge benefiting Madison's Rainbow Project.

The organization assists child victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other forms of abuse. The fundraiser at Union South also featured Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne, Charlotte Deleste of WISC-TV and Leigh Mills of WMTV.
Lindsay and AJ walked away with the "best dance" title for the night and say they truly enjoyed being able to help such an important cause in the community.
The Rhumba 4 Rainbow event also featured a dance competition for professionals. Dani Maxwell served as one of the judges.
Champion salsa dancers also performed.
