MADISON (WKOW) -- The importance of living a healthy lifestyle is a message you're going to be hearing a lot from the UW's new football coach.
Wednesday, coach Gary Andersen began visiting local elementary schools to talk with students about eating right and getting enough exercise.
"If I'm able to help a kid make a good decision or help him move in the right way, think what he's putting in his body or thinking about how he's spending his or her free time, I think it's important," says Andersen.
He's working with Subway on his healthy lifestyle campaign.
He advises tracking your eating and exercise and he's giving students tracking forms for them to fill out.
