MADISON (WKOW) – The father accused of running over his young son with an SUV and killing him will have a competency hearing on Thursday.
Jesus Castillo-Dimas pleaded not guilty earlier this year by reason of mental disease.
Police say in July of 20102, Castillo-Dimas rammed an SUV into his ex-girlfriend and their 2-year-old son, killing the young boy. He is also accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend, luckily they survived.
